2040 Regional Transportation Plan 
Creating Success with Our Transportation Assets: 2040 Regional Transportation Plan for Southeast Michigan describes how $36 billion in revenues will be invested to support our transportation system. This Plan is responsive to the many new realities in the region, the country, and the world. Actions needed to improve the quality and reliability of the transportation system, increase our economic prosperity, reach a higher level of fiscal sustainability, broaden our access to vital destinations, make our communities more desirable, and protect our environment are described. Implementation of this Plan will help improve Southeast Michigan’s quality of life. The plan includes transportation projects anticipated through 2040.

2014-2017 Transportation Improvement Program 
Creating Success with Our Transportation Assets: 2014-2017 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Southeast Michigan describes how over $3.8 billion in revenues will be invested to support our transportation system. It is responsive to the many new realities in the region, the country, and the world. Actions needed to improve the quality and reliability of the transportation system, increase our economic prosperity, reach a higher level of fiscal sustainability, broaden our access to vital destinations, make our communities more desirable, and protect our environment are described. Implementation of this Program will help improve Southeast Michigan’s quality of life.
