State/Local Government Partnerships - School Site Plan Review
SEMCOG supports legislation which specifies that a school district cannot build or expand a school without first submitting a site plan for local review, and further that the State Superintendent of Education must provide formal written response to local government concerns should the superintendent override those concerns when granting final school structure approval.
