SEMCOG's offices are now located on the 14th floor of the 1001 Building, on Woodward across from Campus Martius in downtown Detroit's Central Business District.

Via Transit
1001 Woodward is closet to the Cadillac Center Detroit People Mover stop, and is located near several downtown bus stops served by DDOT and SMART lines. If you need information on bus routes, schedules, and fares, contact DDOT (the Detroit Department of Transportation), at (888) DDOTBUS or SMART (the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation) at (866) 962-5515.
From the North (SB I-75) or from the East (WB I-94)
Take SB I-375 to Civic Center/W Jefferson. Turn Right on Woodward, continue around traffic circle, and turn Left at State Street (1st light). Take the first entrance into parking garage on the Left.
From the South (NB I-75)
Take Exit 50 (Grand River) and follow the service drive .2 mi. Turn right on Woodward and continue .5 mi. Turn Right at State Street (light) and take the first entrance to the parking garage on the Left. Or, follow From the West directions below.
From the West (EB I-96, EB I-94, or SB M-10 the Lodge)
Take South M-10 the Lodge (Civic Center) and continue onto Jefferson Avenue. Turn Left at Woodward, continue around traffic circle, and turn Left at State Street (1st light). Take the first entrance into the parking structure on the left.
From inside the Parking structure
After parking, go to the first floor of the structure, and use the north doors which will take you to the 1001 building lobby. The elevators are directly to the left. Proceed to the 14th floor.
Leaving SEMCOG offices
Exit parking structure and go left on State Street (a one-way street). Go left on Griswold to Jefferson. Turn left to access NB I-75 and EB I-94 via I-375. Turn right to access all other freeways.
