Municipal TrainingStreets and Parking Lots

Chemicals from automobiles, debris, leaves, and sediment in streets and on parking lots have the potential to pollute our waterways. If these materials are washed into storm drains, they flow directly into our lakes, rivers, and streams. The information will be helpful to supervisors and staff of municipal departments (including municipal contractors) that perform construction and maintenance activities.

Program Training Materials
The materials presented at the training workshops are available for local communities to use. Materials include a PowerPoint presentation, poster, fact sheets, and a certificate of completion.

Online Training Modules
The online training is divided into categories for ease of use. Once in the module, navigate through each slide using the arrows towards the bottom of the screen. To read the page notes, pull up the bar at the bottom of each page.
