Ozone Action Teacher Resource Kits were designed with five basic goals in mind:  

• to help students develop a working vocabulary of air quality terminology and issues,
• to instill interest in and responsibility for those issues,
• to ensure that our youth is able to make responsible decisions about behaviors and decisions that affect the environment,
