Amy is Manager of Plan Implementation Group at SEMCOG. Amy earned her Master’s degree in Planning from Eastern Michigan University and leads SEMCOG’s efforts to work with member communities on implementing best practices. Amy’s areas of emphasis include: water quality, land use, and green infrastructure planning and implementation. In 2009, Amy was named Watershed Management Professional of the Year by the Michigan Water Environment Association.
