Regional Transit Coordinating Council (RTCC)
On December 8, 2008, the Regional Transit Coordinating Council (RTCC) adopted the Comprehensive Regional Transit Service Plan outlining a detailed analysis of existing transit services in the region and recommendations for an enhanced transit network for Southeast Michigan.

RTCC Open Houses
The Regional Transit Coordinating Council (RTCC), as part of its Detroit Regional Mass Transit Initiative, is moving forward in the next step of its mission to produce a Comprehensive Regional Transit Service Plan for the Southeast Michigan region. RTCC hosted public Open Houses in Fall 2008. These Open Houses presented a draft proposal for improving transit in Southeast Michigan. Below, you will find materials from those Open Houses.
