Each stakeholder is associated with one or more systems or "elements" that make up the regional transportation system in Southeast Michigan. These are the transportation and communications centers, the field equipment, the vehicles, and other systems in the regional transportation system. Every element identified in the architecture is listed in the following table, sorted by stakeholder.
