About SEMCOG Event Sponsorship

SEMCOG is excited to launch a new opportunity to partner in advancing our mission. We are dedicated to supporting local governments in enhancing and maintaining Southeast Michigan’s transportation systems, environmental quality, economic growth, and infrastructure, while advocating for effective policy and funding on behalf of our members.

2026 General Assemblies are scheduled at The Icon in Detroit (March), EmeraldTheatre in Mt. Clemens (June), and Wayne County Community College (October).SEMCOG General Assembly’s include successful planning, collaboration, and project implementation.

Our meetings bring together communities from across our seven-county region of Southeast Michigan. Approximately 250 local elected and education officials, planners, and economic development professionals come together to explore the latest development trends, exchange best practices, and share insights.
