SEMCOG partnered with and supported the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) in hosting annual event. The workshop provided an opportunity for attendees to interact and learn, with a focus on improving incident management within the region.

The highlight of the event was a presentation on National Football League (NFL) Draft coordination, which included the collaboration from multiple agencies and security professionals. Successfully meeting the challenges of hosting the Draft was a direct result of the region’s preparation and professionalism.
