Annual Population and Household Estimates for Southeast Michigan

SEMCOG produces estimates of population and households for every county and community in the seven-county SEMCOG region. These estimates are provided annually.

Population and household estimates reflect current trends in Southeast Michigan’s basic demographics. Please note that SEMCOG makes occasional adjustments to the estimates as new demographic data about the region becomes available and is incorporated into the estimation process.
