SEMCOG supports our members in discovering appropriate funding opportunities tailored to each community’s needs, and we are focused on offering a broad range of relevant grant funding resources. As a result of ongoing evaluation of services we provide, SEMCOG has recently updated our menu of grant opportunities. While SEMCOG member access to the GrantFinder database ended on September 13, 2024, SEMCOG continues to support members in accessing various funding resources and to offer direct funding for specific projects:

  • Our staff provide one-on-one technical assistance to help you achieve your goals and address current planning opportunities.
  • SEMCOG’s members are always encouraged to utilize our data and maps to obtain critical information to support a successful grant application.
  • Aligning your local needs with regional plans also strengthens your requests for federal and state funding opportunities.
